Ingredients

1 Slice Guinness and Treacle Bread

1 or 2 free range eggs
3 slices bacon
small handful of rocket
2 tsp A Bit on the Side Red Jalapeno Jelly

Directions

Grill bacon
While bacon is grilling, poach the eggs
Cut one slice of Guinness Bread
Top with bacon, rocket, egg
Finish with Jalapeno Jelly
DEVOUR!
